  • Overview

    Under close supervision of designated supervisor, is responsible for observing Corporate policies and procedures to acquire a working knowledge of a specific function or department of Fulton Financial Corporation’s operation and services.

     

    In this Internship you will be assisting others while providing technical assistance in a call center environment, answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues.

     

    Work location - Administrative Services Center in East Petersburg.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties

    • Assists others on the Information Technology team to perform a variety of assigned duties which may will include technical assistance with hardware, software, local/wide area networks and telecommunications.
    • Displays excellent customer service skills when handling each request.
    • Assists with troubleshooting activities.
    • Reports on progress in internship program and feedback about program to manager and Human Resources. Management feedback must indicate satisfactory progress to remain in Internship Program. Program typically will last for twelve weeks.
    • Intern will participate in Career Training and Education as needed.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    Education

    High School Diploma or equivalent experience. (Required)

    Experience

    6 to 12 months Military, must be a Veteran with an honorable discharge. (Required)

     

    6 to 12 months requirements will match the needs of the assigned department - i.e. call center, hardware, software and/or application support (Required)
